Steve Roberts, Founder & CEO
Steve Roberts joined ShopText in May 2006. Prior to ShopText, Steve's marketing and internet experience includes COO of McCann Erickson's $200 million relationship marketing company MRM Partners, CFO of McCann's $650 million marketing services companies and CFO of Modem Media (acquired by Digitas in 2004), where he led the company's IPO in 1999, and drove its profitable growth to a run rate of $160 million in revenue. Prior to Modem Media, Steve held several global and international P&L management positions at United Technologies. Prior to joining UTC in 1990, Steve was a banker in the Corporate Finance Group of Continental Bank (now Bank of America) where he structured senior and subordinated debt financing for radio, paging, cable and newspaper acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. Steve has an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Middlebury College.

Adam Lichstein, COO
Adam joined ShopText in April 2007. Prior to ShopText, Adam was General Counsel and Head of Corporate Development at MeMedia, Inc. (formerly WhenU), a venture-backed online advertising company. At MeMedia, Adam oversaw legal, finance, HR and the company's advertising operations team. Before joining MeMedia, Adam was Managing Director at Razorfish, the Internet services company. At Razorfish, Adam oversaw the company's east coast region of 350 professionals. Adam also served as Vice President of Business Affairs at Razorfish where he helped take the company public and oversaw numerous acquisitions. Adam began his career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster where he helped start the firm's new media practice. He received a J.D. degree from New York University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
