Mr. James Roten founded Raven Communications, Inc. in September of 1998. Pulling from an array of previous experiences in senior positions of Sales, Technology Recruitment, Management and Technology Consulting, James has honed in on the simple core of who he is and what he does. Very simply put, he is a solutions provider. This core is recognized on a personal level as well as in business. He looks at a problem and envisions the solution. Once the vision is clear, he innovates the solution, creates definitive processes for quantifying the success. Then orchestrating the innovation and quantification procedures for delivery of the solution.

Personal Info:
James is originally from Florida, he moved to San Francisco, Ca in March of 1997. In the limited free time he does have, he enjoys, reading, rock climbing, sailing, swimming, skydiving, hiking, barefoot water skiing, snow skiing, playing bass and acoustic guitar. In October of 1989 Mr. Roten earned a graduate diploma in Lake Wales, Florida. In August of 2000 Mr. Roten was accepted into the Nationwide Register's Who's Who in Executive's and Businesses. Saving the best for last, James has an amazing daughter named Emily.
