Dean Weber (CEO):

Dean brings an extensive background to One Voice with over 20 years of technology and management experience. He is responsible for developing the company's strategic vision and pioneering its products, technology and business strategies.

Before founding One Voice in 1998, Dean played key roles in many high profile technology companies including the B2 Stealth Bomber project at Northrop, Space Station contracts at United Technologies and advanced user interfaces at Xerox. Throughout his career, Dean has developed a comprehensive knowledge of Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing. Dean currently has numerous patents filed in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing and other related technologies.

Dean also has previous entrepreneurial experience. In 1991, he started EditPro Corporation, a software development tools company that designed and marketed solutions to the Windows development market. EditPro led the Language Sensitive Editor market for years in both the U.S. and Japanese markets.

As CEO of One Voice, Dean has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company, successfully raising over $20 million of institutional funding, taking One Voice public, winning the Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast 50 award, and has been featured in Forbes, Time, and on CNN.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University.
