Team

Ray Kives and his team will provide management, technical, and marketing expertise to IPQUBE NETWORK. Mr. Kives was co-founder of the successful K-Tel International and was founder of Quality Records. Mr. Kives was President of K-Tel Records in Europe for 5 years and President of Quality Records for 14 years. He worked for K-Tel for 17 years. He has acquired a wealth of experience by running a corporate group of over 300 people and annual sales over $150 million.

Business model

IPQUBE NETWORK LTD. in Canada and the USA sells Internet Protocol Television (“IPTV”) television and radio station program bundles of news and sports channels, initially focusing on Filipino content, to customers within Canada and the USA.

IPTV is a system where a digital television service is delivered using the internet protocol over a network infrastructure by a broadband connection. IPQUBE NETWORK supplies the bundles via broadband using the public network infrastructure and a set-top box connected to a television. Technological advances suggest that residential IPTV demand will grow exponentially.

Consumers will not be satisfied with the menus of generic programming provided by cableand satellite media providers. Consumers will insist on more specific programming selected by the consumer on an à-la-carte basis.

There are over 4,500,000 people (2005 data) in the USA and Canada who identify themselves as Filipino.  IPQUBE Network’s goal is to reach 1,500 households in the USA, and 2,500 in Canada within the first two years.  The growing political and social unrest in the Philippines together with its poor economic state will continue to force millions of Filipinos to work abroad. Many ofthose Filipinos will settle in Canada and the USA.

Competitive advantage

Licensing for programming remains the greatest barrier of entry.  Holders of license rights are well aware of the value of the property, and wish to maximize all revenue streams.

IPQUBE has the license for rebroadcast for the number one Network in the Philippines.
