EasyDues is a web based Dues Collection Software for Fraternities and Sororities. While existing Dues Collection services handle dues collection for the chapter, their convenience comes at a significant cost to the Fraternities/Sororities they serve. Because most Fraternity/Sorority treasurers are able to handle collections without outside help, EasyDues is the solution for chapters that want to make their dues collection process organized and efficient. Not only does EasyDues simplify and increase dues collection for the chapter, its featues for all members of the organization (Treasurers, Officers, Members, and Alumni) will improve chapter operations as well!
EasyDues was officially launched in July, 2008 at the Theta Chi Fraternity International Convention in Indianapolis, IN. Now with over 40 chapters using EasyDues since it was launched, up to 136 Theta Chi Fraternit chapters are expected to implement EasyDues in the next 6 months.
EasyDues is the low cost, easy to use, efficient solution for managing Dues Collection for Fraternity/Sorority chapters everywhere. Because EasyDues has low operating costs due to its ease of use and collection model (EasyDues does not collect payments, and all Credit Card Payments are handled by PayPal), EasyDues is a service that chapters of all sizes can afford.
In addition to being a low cost service provider, EasyDues does not collect or store any private information from its users. Existing collection services require social security numbers for members registered on their websites (due to legal requirements for processing payments); however, EasyDues does not need to collect private information, since it does not procss any payments internally (credit card payments are processed through PayPal).
