EZ-Ticket.com was launched in September 2004 as an online ticket broker. With access to over 80,000 events and 6 million tickets in our database and our in house software package we can get tickets to almost any publicized event fans and patrons want to attend.
EZ-Ticket.com is part of the Bigado Network. Bigado has implemented a comprehensive Internet commerce network and is in the process of completing a breakthrough search automation platform. Bigado's focus is to allow its users to find anything they wish to on the internet, whether it is to purchase goods and services or simply find information.
The Company will be managed by Michael Davis and Fred Glazer capable professionals with extensive experience in the Ticket Brokering industry as well as direct sales operations. In addition to the direct knowledge of the industry, Frederick Glazer managed a successful ticket brokering company for 7 years. The previous and repeated success history demonstrated by Michael Davis and Frederick Glazer strongly indicates that, as a leadership, they have the skills and ability to drive profits, motivate personnel, and develop an overall culture of excellence.
J. Michael Davis, President, is the founder of Bigado Networks and is the President of EZ-Ticket.com, LLC. He has extensive business experience including financial consulting, and investment banking. His technical background includes CompTia A+ certification, Cisco Certified Network, Solaris 9 Operating Environment, Linux Operating Systems, JAVA, XML, and many web-development tools. Dr. Davis received his BA from North Texas University and his DDS from Baylor College.
Michael has been the principal and founder of EZ-Ticket.com since its launch in September 2004. He has maintained the operation since that time as a profitable entity for Bigado Networks.
Joseph Savard, Chief Technology Officer, Joe has recently been with ESPRE Solutions in Professional Services Division providing professional services to customers for the architecture, design and implementation of interactive video conferencing and broadcast solutions. Projects included a complete videoconference experience engaging customers to an agent call center to review and complete contracts as well as provide enhanced product services. The call center agent discuss the current contract in a full video conference implementation with document sharing, document annotation, video storage of the customer/agent interaction and final sale closure recorded and archived in a forensic accounting database.
Joseph was the CTO of Market News First, Inc, Dallas TX Responsible for overall product vision, design, development and implementation inclusive of infrastructure hardware, network design, end-to-end system design, development, QA, integration and deployment on time and within budget in a high-pressure environment to meet market conditions.
Joseph is a highly motivated, accomplished and results-driven Executive Management Professional. With 10+ years of technology leadership and a strong engineering background seeks executive lead position to direct a team to successful operations by participating in the corporate vision, day-to-day design, development, implementation and customer facing; whilst exercising team building principals, project ownership and mentoring by leadership.
Viorel Craescu, Director of Design and Development, Viorel developed the current look, feel and functioanlity of EZ-Ticket. Viorel joined Bigado Networks in 2003 as a web designer and he was named Director of Design and Development in June 2004. Before Bigado, Viorel was co-founder of a private company focused in corporate identity and web technology solutions. He has experience in combining both the design and technology into a strategy for business sense. Viorel's expertise is the ability to create a valuable entity as a web presence and how to profit with that development.
Frederick Glazier, Operations Manager EZ-Ticket, Fred, age 45, Arlington, Texas has been an Operations Manager for Lone Star Tickets from 1991 to 1997.
An alumnus of Memphis State University where he majored in Commercial Music/Business Administration, Fred has hands on expertise in navigating the challenges of a tech start up venture. He is skilled at developing and implementing new and existing operating procedures. He has been educated in Network Administration and the Music Business.
EZ-Ticket.com has been an ecommerce version of the Ticket Broker business, by buying and selling tickets to sporting events, concerts, Broadway shows and other events. This is called the secondary market for tickets. The tickets are sold above the face value printed on the ticket. These tickets are sold online though a website that accepts credit cards. In addition a local market is available at a physical storefront and in some cases adjacent to the actual event itself. Usually each municipality has some kind of regulation prohibiting "scalping" on the streets.
