Unlike traditional data warehouse-based systems which cost on average $1.3M and take months just to get off the ground, Cloud9's operational performance management solutions are delivered as a subscription service, are up and running in 24 hours, and require virtually no IT or systems integration services. Cloud9 is the first and only company to deliver powerful operational performance management solutions that are easy to implement, easy to use, and furnish a provisioning cost that approaches the cost of disk storage.
Most transactional front-office CRM systems do not capture historical data; that is, once a field has changed, the system updates the data by over-writing the old state. So, in order to capture historical information from these systems, organizations must implement a data warehouse solution that snapshots all data on a timely basis for historical analysis, trending, and comparisons.
Cloud9 Analytics has solved this problem by employing a patented, row-based database technology that enables organizations to easily and cost-effectively create a data warehouse in the cloud. By showing "what's changed" in their transactional systems, organizations can have a level of insight into operational performance that is not possible without data warehouse technology.
